If you haven't yet, Ladies Night Out - A Red Carpet Affair - was DA BOMB!!!!! We had such an amazing time. Ladies came out fully dressed up in their evening best. Upon arrival they got blinged out by Park Lane Jewellery with Tammy and then their image was forever immortalised on the red carpet thanks to Kamini of Silent Poetry and her crew of paparazzi.
However, when you entered the room, there was a lady in there capturing the essence of the night - that lady was Jasmina. There is a back story to this phenomenal talent.
So Jasmina and I (Jen) have kids. Our kids go to the same bus stop. For any moms that bring your kids to the bus stop, you get to talking to people and overhear conversations. Well, one day, I overheard Miss Jasmina talking about her photography with another mom. My ears perked up because, well, we are ALWAYS looking for fresh talent. So the next day I brought a Ladies Night Out postcard with me to the bus stop and showed it to Jasmina. She immediately lit up. I suppose social media has been doing its job because Jasmina had heard about the event before I said anything to her. She was so excited and could not wait to join in on the fun.
Jasmina was the "interior photographer" meaning anything that happened inside of the room - Jasmina was the lady to capture it. And capture it she did. Take a look at this montage of photos she took to capture the evening - and apparently there is so much more to come, so keep an eye on the Pink Ink and Ladies Night Out pages in the coming weeks.
Who is Jasmina? She is a wife, a mother, and an amazing photographer. She started taking pictures at the age of six and was very influenced and supported by her family. Jasmina is a photographer that is inspired by people! She listens and captures the essence of what you want the picture to relay. She's truly a talented woman. Enough of our gushing - check out Jasmina's work on her website!
